Etrade is the only way to go, the commercial about 6 times the national average for a savings account is true, it's the easiest bank you can use online, and the benefits are outstanding, I've had checking, brokerage and savings accounts with them for over 5 years. not one problem. I am very pleased with there service and attention to detail.

Hi shoumik12,
Not that I use them personally, but I hear ING have a good online banking setup. You link it to your personal bank account with your bank to transfer funds to and from the internet and the real world.
The only reason I have not used them to date is that I get pretty good interest at 7.25% with my savings account with my main bank.

I am with Natwest, which is a normal bank, but has the feature to do online banking and you get interest with them. If this is any help.

Great discussion, I want to see more online banking that has an interest because I am planing to invest my online earnings there, but is it safe to invest online? As we all knew many hackers are on the net so we are not secured. Anyway I am just planning to invest my online earnings so I am not so worried about the online security.

Yes! Citibank has a great online savings account with a high % interest rate. I believe they're currently at 3.48%. I use them. They're really good
