What one word or words do you say alot or use the most?

Tell me and i dont mean and,the i mean an actual words, i say "to be honest" just so much that i notice now and try and stop my self from saying it but i just feel if i dont say it the sentence get's all jumbled up..lol
Tell me because believe it or not we all have this habit well most of us???!!!

I dont think I have any words that I use often, I dont really notice it. I will try and watch out and see if there is a word that gets repeated!!
I know some people always have a word that they have to say in order to get the sentance out so they can understand it.
I hate it how people always have to swear in every sentance, sometime after every single word they say, it gets very irratating!!

I know i hate unessecary swearing its really silly i mean i do swear but not to have a conversation....ask ur friends i bet they will tell ya....thanks anyway!!

In my case, I almost always say "really" and "actually". I just say those words to give emphasis to what I want to talk about. I agree with you. When I try not to say those words, my thoughts will just go away or be complicated in a way. Those words has been part of my daily conversations.

i know its terrible especially when you have paused and the other person is thinking hey?? i totally understand...thanks.
