Problem in Isabelmarco and bux3

Isabelmarco warned its users not to refer anyone until a problem gets fixed. So i stopped referring users to it. But does anyone have any idea how long we have to wait before they fix the problem? Today, I saw no ads on bux3. No. Offers were not crossed. There is no trace of any ad in the site. The offers are still there , though. I hope the site is not closing. Oh, from a different topic. I nearly reached payout in isabelmarco. Can anyone tell me how much alertpay charges for transactions? Is it a percentage or is it a fixed amount?
