My PR 2 Blog has gone to a Supplemental Index!

If anyone has information about this please let me know. My http://www.pinas-et-al.blogspot.com had a PR 2 rating for quite a time. But I noticed that lately it had gone to the supplemental results. I didn't mind it because I thought it'd just correct by itself. But noooooo... it has remained that way for about 1 month now and I think that is why I have not received any offers from PayPerPost. The blog does not contain any nude or hate material. It is mostly in English except for some words which are really Filipino terms which are either brand names or names of places. I've written google to get a reconsideration but they have not replied back. Not that it is unexpected though. Do help me please.
