Being married myself I'll give you ideas on what I do and hopefully they work out for you.
Say I love you to him, everyday, even more than once, even before you both go to bed tell him, you love him.
This is good to say to him and I say this to mine, but you can say it to yours.
:Honey I love you more that words can express and I appreciate everything you do for us. You are my everything and I will always love you:
I said this to him once and since it's been nothing but blissful. Remember you don't have to buy him gifts, just let him know how much you love him. Always say I love you when he's home, ask him about his day, and always say I love you before bed. It shows him how much you care.

I pack my hubbys lunch in the morning and put a little love note in, sometimes a poem, sometimes just telling him how handsome he looks. I write it on a napkin and wrap it around a piece of chocolate. I just found out he's been saving the notes for years.
On the nights he comes home late, I turn down the bed like in a hotel. Makes him feel special that I think about how tired he is.
I cook his favorite meals once a week (even if I can't eat them).
I visit his mom in the nursing home when he's busy so he doesn't feel guilty about not being able to get by.
That's all I can think of now, but I'd love to see others responses.

You could leave him little notes or greeting cards that express how much you care. Put them in his lunches or pockets so he finds them when he is at work or in the car. They really like to find those little surprises when they least expect them.
