How did you meet your husband / boyfriend / wife / girlfriend?

Actually it's a pretty funny story. June 18th 2000, I was at a rollerskating rink with my friend. We were skating and then decided to get a drink so we sat down and had a drink (we were only 14). This guy comes up to me and says "My friend really wants to talk to you" I said "that's nice you tell your friend to come to me and tell me". So sure enough this guy (now my husband) comes up to me and says "Hi, I'm Billy. Would you like to be friends and maybe get to know each other a little better" I said "sure" Well here it is 8 years later and we are still together!! Everyone bugs me saying you need to catch another fish in the sea. You met him when you were 14 and here you are almost 22 and your still with the same guy. I love him to pieces. We have been married since Feb. 2006. He's a great father, friend and husband.

I met my partner on the internet in a family chat room at first we were just friends as neither of us was looking for anything else. Over time we realised we had feelings for each other. Three years later and one son together we are still in much as love now as we where when we first met. We are also now engaged and living together and both believe that we are each others soulmate.

I met my fiance on the internet. I went to a website my mom gave me for an IQ test. The IQ test was on a dating website and I had to make a profile to take the test. So after I was done taking the test, I started flipping through profiles out of boredom and I ran across this one and they guy just totally took my breath away. I thought he was absolutely gorgeous. I stared for like 15 minutes. So I e-mailed him with some nonchalant excuse of looking for someone to talk to about shared interests or whatever. We e-mailed a couple days and exchanged chat handles and then we chatted for about a week before I decided I was absolutely in love with him. We chatted for a few months before we started talking on the phone. We met in person about 6-7 months after we first started chatting. We've been together four and a half years since then and we're getting married in less than two months.

I met my boyfriend when we were at high school. He was in my computing class & we had swaped msn addresses. We got chatting on msn & I realised that I liked him alot. One night when I was chatting to him I told him I liked him & asked him out. He didn't believe me! He thought I was taking the mickey out of him cos he wasn't really that popular at school. However, when we started dating he got popular & people started to get to know & like him. We were really nervous & a bit distant around each other at first. Then I went to Greece for 2 weeks & we had been texting non-stop. I missed him like mad. When I came back we were all over each other. I never usually asked people out, they came to me, I was too scared. I'm so glad I made the first move. We have been together for just over 3 years now.

I met my Fiance Six Months ago on the internet. A mutual friend of ours told him to message me and he did . We talked for as long as we could until one day I decided to ask him if he'd like to meet. We met, although he was a few hours late. About a week later I messaged him again and nudged him into asking me out. It took a while to get him to realize my intentions, but I am glad I didn't give up. He is the love of my life!
