Need some help here. My g/f received a refill of morphine recently(she has RSD and it helps control the pain). The label stated the concentration on it(1 mg per 1 ml water) as the doctor had ordered. However, the pharmacist made an error and instead of 1mg,he put in 8.6 milligrams.I do not know how he got such a strange number as 8.6,but he did.I found her in a coma and called an ambulance. She is getting better, but will have some long-term effects that will control her daily activities. The question though is what kind of financial agreement should she consider? We do not want this to be a drwan-out affair(stress level and pain) and wish to settle without lawyers, but do not know what ballpark of a figure is "normal" in this situation.Any clues anyone??
