How often do you get your hair cut?

I haven't touched my hair in the longest time I'm going to say at least 8 years sense my son was born.. Recently I got it all cut off.. My hair was past the middle of my back and it was very long.. It wasn't hard to take care of anything like that, But I wanted a change something different, So I went ahead and got it all cut off.. that is me in the picture with my hair short..

Not often enough! LOL Like you, my hair looks okay, however I haven't had a trim in several months. Yikes! My husband usually trims my hair for me (yes, I trust him enough to do so), but I just haven't bothered to ask him as there just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day anymore. I'll have to remember to ask him soon though, as my hair is in desperate need of a trim! I tend to stick with the same look each time and I've had this same hairstyle since I was 20 years old. The only thing I've done differently between then and now is have my hair cut short (shoulder length), but always let it grow out. Right now it is down to my waist. I'll need a few inches taken off at the rate I am going.

I am 57 and I get hiar cut once in 3 months or so. Since I am not a office goer, it does not matter how short or how long it is. My son is 16 and he gets it done once a month. Luckily I do not have daughter(s) and hence the hairstyle or haircut question does not arise. My wife has a long hair and generally do not cut it. Women in India love long hairs and they know how to maintain it. They decorate the hair with flowers which is symbold of our culture.

i usually get my hair cut once or twice a year. but if my hair has split ends, i also get a hair cut as much as possible

Not necessarily,sometimes bad hair,will go to hairdressers to care about. The last pandemic,or what hairstyle,i would to the barber shop to repair. But usually i was two months to a barber,let me become always different from the rest.

I am keeping and maitaining a short haircut. It actually requires me to go to the barber every three weeks to get it trimmed and have the barber cut it clean. I used to have a longer hairstyle before and it takes me about a month and a half before my next appointment with the barber.

I don't have much money so I cut my own hair so it has to be long enough to be in a ponytail for me to do it. That is about every six months or so.

I rarely have my hair cut. Last time I did something with my hair was when I colored it Blue Black. I am not so concerned with it..as long as it is ok I am ok with it as well. I would want it to grow longer.

I get my hair cut about once a year, the rest of the time, I trim it up myself.

I don't get haircuts very often. I'd say I average between every 6 and 9 months. I just don't like the idea of having to fork out thirty bucks for a stinking haircut when I could have my grandpa just trim it for me, you know?

Long hair is pretty easy and I'm cheap, not to mention I don't have the patience to make an appointment in advance. I usually end up at Super Cuts once I start getting a lot of split ends! I'm pretty low maintenance!

I also should get it cut more but I just hate going to hairdressers. However I am going to get it cut soon and may be going for a new dramatic shorter style. My hair is quite long and for the past few years all I've done is have a trim and petty much stayed with the same look. I've never cut my own hair as I have layers and I prefer to leave it to the professionals. I last had my hair cut at Christmas so I am overdue a hair cut!

I have to say I am pretty boring, see my avatar? Well that's the haircut I have all the time and on average will go to the local barbers once every 8-10 weeks to get it cut short again, I am lazy too so I like it short so I don't have to do much to it. Many years ago I used to get it highlighted and I even got it bleached blonde! But that was in my youth. Now I just keep it the same.

thanx for reminding , i need a haircut very badly. I usually cut my hair once in two months. I have a special lady who comes to my place to cut my hair. I like her style as she knows exactly what suits me & what doesn't. Generally i go for the layers in the front & a "U" shape at the back. I used to try different cuts previously then i realised layers suits me better as i have a round face & it makes me look a bit slimmer. So i tend to stick to it most of the times. Again thanx for reminding. I am calling her right away & asking her to come over to my place ~pinks~

trim once a month they say is healthy to our hair..I use to have as often as that when I was still in my country but now havent trim for like 8 months already..my hair gets dry and plenty of split ends! sad!!

I have my hair cut every six weeks. It grows quickly and I like a short hair style, if I leave it any longer I look very untidy

They say to try to get a trim about every 2 months and so, that's what I aim for. Sometimes I go longer but I don't like too because usually my hair starts getting crappy feeling after two months...

I never cut my hair. I take care of my hair at home and have not feel for a cut. And this is giving me fair looking.
