yeah 500 dollar fine for littering! and Animal abuse on top of it! :) ... They could make a campaign on that. No Dumping Cats, or Kitty Literring, 500 dollar fine, and animal abuse fine! :)
Dumping cats is a horrible problem people keep doing that out here. I wish I could catch who is was, I'd love to turn them in...

well others may not think that was funny but I did and I like cats its just kinda funny to think of my husband hates cats and once he dropped a cat off the biggest bridge in Nashville. He said the cat got back on its feet but didnt last very long after that for it was a very busy highway
