chocolate and blemishes

do you belive that there's a connection with chocolates in blemishes?? well.. actually scientist haven't discoverd the connection...but i believe there is..:)

There may not be a connection between chocolate and blemishes, but it is known that sugar can cause skin problems. So if you break out after eating chocolate, it could very well be the sugar in the chocolate. Other things that cause people to break out are pop, candy, and greasy foods. I guess it also depends on what type of skin you have and how well your body can handle what you are putting into it.

I think there isn't much of a connection. Some people may be more sensitive to blemishes. I had clear skin all my childhood and loved chocolate...same with my mother. it was just genetic and if you take care of your skin properly then there shouldn't be much of a problem.
