What do you think about the cost of house prices? I know where I live they are high

This is what $530,000 will get you in my area it's a 3 bedroom 2222 sq. ft. This is actually not a bad price right now. Housing prices have gone done slightly in my area.

To get a decent home your going to pay at least 150,000 where I live.
