yes i consider my pets as friends. and they really are the best friends, they don't care what other people say about you, they don't talk about you, and they can't repeat what you tell them. haha myabe i'm the only one who talks to my animals about my problems but they're the best listeners because they don't judge you about anthing and i'm just a really big animal lover so i treat them with respect. and i do consider them higher then my human friends because animals are the only ones who will never leave you unless they die and never betray you. they're the bestfriends you could ever have or want to have

you are cent per cent right...............what pains me is the plight and situation that the number of street pets viz dogs ,cats and others are still on a rise.........if a person cannot keep a pet,then why bring it home and show the door suddenly?.........they too have feelings.......they too are hurt when you make them go away...........Well,i think atleast such incidences if not banished ,be atleast decrease..........so that the pets have a nice time during their short life span.

I love my pet and I consider them my best friend. I care for it as much as I care for my best friend or any of my friends. I always have pets so it's hard not to think of them as friends since when so-called human friends turned their back on me, my pet friends were the ones that cheered me up, like real friends (humans) would do.

I completely agree with you.Pets arent greedy or mad for money which some thoughtless human beings are,who without even giving the slightest thought of the consequences which may surface because of their thoughtless actions and their mad love for money and power.

I do not have apet anymore as I live in an apartmentcomplex but when I had my dog swap he was my friend and truly smart. One day I was trying to finish reading a book that was due at the library and he went into the kitchen and started to bark. Annoyed at being disturbed and wondering why he was barking as he never barked when inside with me, I went into the kitchen to find I had left a gas burner turned on full tilt and it was blazing away. Swap was smart enough to know that that was not the right thing to be going on .So when I quickly turned off the burner he stopped barking and rubbed against my leg. smart dog and stupid me.

My pets are the ultimate friends, especially my cat. He has been through a lot with me, and remains loyal regardless of what has happened. I tend to lose contact with most of my friends, which happens from time to time, but makes you stop and wonder, why? If we were that close then why don't we speak anymore? If we see each other, why don't we acknowledge it? Pets aren't that way, they love you when you leave and love you just as much when you get home.

Yea,i agree.pets are in many ways better than humans.The following two sentences shows ,and stands as a proof for this.
##Its difficult to find a human friend,who is loyal and truthful.
##Its easy to find a pet,who is loyal and truthful.They dont leave you under any circumstances.They are even ready to sacrifice their lives to save you.

yes. i love to play with them and they make me happy and i feel comforted by them when i'm feeling down and they won't turn you down

yes,they are indeed a great source of inspiration...........and what you said is perfectly 100% true ............they never ever turn you down........they are sad when you are sad.........they share your sorrow,your pain and everything...................I just cant imagine a life without any pets.
