So called fam.....

Last week on friday my cousin came from florida(we live in nj) my sister called me around 7 or 8 pm asked if i was going to go see her or she come see me we live about 35 mins in highway from each other since it was so short notice me and my husband had made plans to do some things,so i tell her come sunday she said they cant because they were going to a baptisom which is the whole reason my cousin came she was leaving on monday so i asked how about monday she said i really dont know. The next day being sat. My husband felt bad that i might not see my fam. He telles me call your sister see if they dnt have plans so u can go see them i did that and my sister telles me no its ok so i finish breakfast and start getting my 1 yr old son and 1 month old daughter dresses when my sis calles back about and askes me what time i was going to be their i said well maibe around 11:30 at 11:30 am we were still home not ready so i call her to let her know ill be late no answer so we head out (stupidly) i keep calling her no answer we get to her hosue around 12 pm and no answer i knock on the door no one home at that point i was ticked off and so was my husband we waited and left her messages oon her phone my kids were hungry and needed a diper change already when at 1 almost 2 pm my cousins daughter mind u she is 11 yrs old calles me my husband was screaming at me to tell her we been waiting on them for hours my daughter was screaming crying i had to chnger her right hteir in the car when i told my lil cousin to put my sister on in a mad voice they hung up on me didnt call back i was soooo mad for my kids they didnt have to suffer in a heated car so we head home. on sunday morning my sis text me and sais Elsie (my cousin ) is GOING on monday i was like well tell her i said no because we doing things sorry besides im mad at ya for leaving me and my babys waiting and didnt bother to call or even pick up the phone they got mad called my husband a looser i told them off and they got mad at me... what would u guys have done in this situation... what if they callede your husband/wife a looser what would u have told them? please i need to knoe if i was right for being mad or not...
