How can lost weight?

I'm very fat now. I'm fatter than others at the same age. But I tall.So I don't feel fat. My family always complain me that why I fat like this. I research on internet how to lose weight. I want everybody can share it for me. My food, I'm eating now, is vegetable and fruit. I sometimes eat meat and rice

you did not said your hight and weight.Even though if you think you are fat you can loss it by yourself.
My weight is about 74 kilograms.I dont think it is more that I need.But I dont want to increase it.So what i doing is do not take more food.But I always want to eat something like snacks or juices.
You can divide your stomach to three parts.One for solid food and second for water and leave the third free.Thanks pooh

I would suggest you to stick on the vegetables adn fruits. You can also try adding lots of salads to the diet. I think you should avoid meat to some extend, but can eat rice. Next step is to start exercises. Walking and cycling are the best exercises. Try sauna bath. This will burn lots of calories. Also sweating is good for health.

Hello dear pooh. So based on what you have talked about, I do not think that you are fat as you are tall and you yourself do not feel fat. I think that you are perfect, but if you really want to lose some weight, I think that it is a good idea to do some exercise for about half an hour every day both in the morning and in the afternoon or in the evening respectively to make yourself healthier. maybe you can try having some exercise like running at the morning or at noon. or, some walk for one hour (in your neighborhood area). I heard that running on treadmills would also help a lot in losing weight.
but if you love dancing / aerobics, this will be a fun way of losing weight.
