problem -my account is limited

paypal has limited my account and I don't have a credit card or bank account ,what can I do to make it normal.I can't even delete my account so that I can make a new one with same e-mail id. as I have given the paypal account id on other site and I can't change the id there.

There is no another way you can lift your limited paypal account unless you follow their policy that you link your paypal account to a credit card or bank account. You are charged $1.95 for the link and they reimburse it once they have validated your linked credit card account. You can contact them in your member area and go to contact us. And wait for 2-3 days.

i got varified cause i forgot my password so they had to send me a 4 digit pin in the mail.. so now my account is verified without a credit card! I didnt know there was another way to do it but apparently there is! woot! Good luck to you with your paypal problems. I hope you get it fixed up.
