there are so many ways to download youtube videos. You can try "Keepvid.com" to download them with a flv extn. However you need a flv palyer to view them or you can convert them to other format by using special softwares like flvconverter.

try going to voobys and search there the videos in youtube that you wanted to download and from there you can download it easily...

you must have a youtube grabber or youtube downloader. then you also must have an flv coder or just an flv player. its easy but the quality of the video is not so good. if you want you can just download it on isohunt. lots of various stuff are in there except for personal videos though.
