My husband's birthday is tomorrow 4/3. I am planning to take him out to eat every day all weekend. Any suggestions for where I should take him to eat? I have only one meal planned at Red Robin where they have large hamburgers and all you can eat fries. My husband loves the food, so we will be going there. They even will give him a free ice cream and hamburger. Its going to be a very affordable meal.
He likes to eat fish, turkey, hamburgers, pasta and soup. I'm aware that many places do serve these dishes. Where did you take your husband, boyfriend, wife or girlfriend for their birthday?

I love Red Robbin... It's my favorite burger joint around. I love the atmosphere-- it's family friendly. They also have wonderful milkshakes. We usually get the tower of rings- Onion rings- they are fabulous! I have never asked for more fries ever yet-- with their endless fries.
We also love Applebee's-- this restaurant has the best garlic mashed potatoes and riblets.
Bugaboo Creek- not sure if it's just in Rochester-- it's quite a cute place-- with a lot of animals (stuffed of course) I love their steak!
Ruby Tuesday's-- I love their soup and salad bar-- the broccoli cheese soup is divine- and the salad bar is loaded with tons of fresh veggies.
Any of these places in your area??

We are headed to Applebee's this weekend, as Bob will need a great meal. This should help make the tax bill easier to pay. Sorry no Bugaboo Creek, but I would be the first one in the place with that name. I keep hearing the name Ruby Tuesday and will have to find out where the closest one is to my home. Its in my Entertainment Book, so probably Thousand Oaks or Simi Valley. Thanks for the reply.

As far as national chains go, we like Olive Garden and Red Lobster. We know what the prices are there and the specials from all those commercials. We go to local restaurants with coupons to try them out but usually not for special occasions. My daughter is going to Olive Garden for her anniversary, they were going to go somewhere else, but the commercials go them hooked.

I think my husband will select Olive Garden, as he really likes the soup there. He likes to try out a selection of pasta also. Ours is quite busy; however, would be a great lunch choice.
Hope your daughter has a great anniversary. We spent our last one at Olive Garden. Thanks for the reply.

Well, this won't be of much help, but I took my boyfriend for his birthday to the Golden Chicken Inn. I loves Chinese food and just goes crazy for it. For some reason he can never get enough of it. That and sushi are his two weaknesses. I'd suggest going to places that are the most favorite of him.

My Fiance is the pickiest man alive but his family and I went to eat at Golden Corral on his birthday. He loved it. I would suggest any restaurant in your area with a buffet, alteast for one night. Informal but satisfying, he can pick whatever he wishes!
