Do you use FREE Twitter to help your business?

I just signed up for Twitter, this little "what are you doing" deal that actually has me in touch with lots of others in my industry. I'm kind of impressed. You go to http://www.twitter.com and sign up free. Then, get a little free app called twitterific at http://iconfactory.com/software/twitterrific It runs on your desktop so you can keep tabs on what everyone in your industry is doing. I've hit lots of interesting new ideas through this thing. By the way, Twitterific is free if you use the "get it" button. There are ads in the free version but they're really not obtrusive at all.
