April Fools....

Hey guys,,, Do you believe on April fools? I really dont understand but why its happening? Its happening in a way like last night we are so busy at front desk, we have a lot of guest coming and going and we need the system to process the bill and settle their account before they leave but you guys... what happen? the system together with the internet and telephone goes down!!!! from 18:45hrs until next morning,,, what a big joke!!! we have this group of top vips and we are busted for these, could you imagine that???? guests coming to the reception to ask, " i dont know whats going on with my phone in the room i cant make a call, its off" can you send someone to check? said the disappointed guest. These scenario makes me shy and melt infront of the guest and nothing else but to ask apology for the unexpected scenario. Did you have some experience like these during april 1st? Lets share our short stories here: merci!!!

I don't really understand what the whole point is either but it is fun to be able to play pranks and things like that on people because who really doesn't like to play tricks on people and have tricks played on them unless its soemthing mean or something like that...but generally i do try to do something on april fools nothing big but something...
