which is your sport that you like to practice more during your free-time?
do you practice it as wellness activity or just because youlike it and enjoy play or do it?

I like swimming or horse riding. None of either is done these days due to the new sport of toddler taming! lol.

Soccer and lawn tennis. During the school year, directly after class, my friends and I would go to the field and enjoy a couple of games of soccer. It's kinda like our stress reliever after a long day. We get to let go of everything while we're on the field and just have fun with the ball. My other sport is lawn tennis, I've been playing since I was 4 so it has grown on me. I rarely have time for it lately though, but if I did I would definitely play.

The only thing I play is pool, and I don't know if you consider that a sport, I used to play soccer a long time ago, but I broke my knee and I've never played again.

I like to practice swimming, if you want to call that a sport. We can only do it in the summertime here though. That is the only time that the water is warm enough for us to be able to enjoy it. We also like to go fishing for fun also.

Hi, I love to swim, I find it relaxing, enjoyable and also good exercise. I also enjoy playing netball (which I don't get to do very often) and volley ball on the beach which is great fun and also very good excercise. I am not one for sunbathing I like to be active. Ellie :D

well,my favorite sports will be playing badminton,it's both for fitness activity and my liking,playing badmintion helps you to practise my parts of your body,especially,it is very helpful for the prevention of cervical spondylosis.
