Are you tired with your current job?

Career slumps don't happen overnight. So it's no surprise that people often spend a decade in a chosen field only to figure out they're not doing what they want. What about you? How many years your are working on your current job? Do your feel tired with it now? I have worked nearly two years in my current job. I feel so tired now. The job is boring, and the procedure for the job gets more and more complicated. It makes us to do a lot of double work, and decrease our work efficiency, but add a lot of work load to us. So sad! Now I consider changing my job withing the same company. What about you? Do you feel tired on your current job? If this is really the case, what will you do?

It seems most of us are tired with our current job. What is the main reason? Do not satisfy with your salary? Do not have any challenges in the job?

well,i work in retail and have been doing so for about 2.5 years. i often feel like it's time to move on to something new. my main problem is motivation, or lack thereof. i want to chnage jobs, but at the same time have become comfortable in the rut i have created for myself.

Most of us want to make some changes, include changing the job which you do not have passion on it any more. But most of us are worried about the changes. They are upset with the following un-forsee situation after the changes are made.

I deal with numbers and statistics on a daily basis, it is pretty boring part of the time. What makes the job fun is that I am the manager and get to watch over others in the office and make sure their doing their job right. I get to impliment certain policies in my sector and have them enforced. I am also incharge of who is hired and take care of the payroll so I have a lot of power around the office. Not like I am drunk with power or anything, but it is a nice feeling to have so much controll.
