Do you believe that we will be driving flying cars? Do you really think that it may be a myth or do you believe? I personally think that it could happen, but maybe in 2050 or so. But I really do not see it happening in the next year. So give me some feedback what do you guys think?

Moeller makes a flying car now. It is flown completely by computer. This is supposed to eliminate the need to a pilots license and provide for safety. It also includes a parachute to bring the car down safely in the event of mechanical problems. There is no timetable for public use.

I found more info on this car. It has 4 rotating propellers. Each propeller is powered by 2 rotary engines. They use two so that if one fails, there is a backup motor. They also say that when they come on the market they are going to cost a million dollars each.

I honestly don't think people should be driving flying cars as they can barely drive the ones on the ground. It's more difficult to get a pilot's license than a driver's license and there's a good reason for it. However, I do see a future where the cars mostly drive themselves such as what we see in some Sci Fi movies. Perhaps they can fly themselves, too, in the future.

O yea that is so right. I do believe that cars will probably start driving more on its own.
