how many times did you reformat you computer so far?

mine is already countless times since its related to my work most of the time i have to reformat my computer because of viruses from other computers im working and fixing...its good to have a backup drive for my applications and documents.what about you?

Well I have to OS installed in my computer... Whenever I download something from the internet..then I first test my Pen Drive by switching unto Linux because, most of the Win32 viruses doesnt work in the Linux OS. Thus i see their unsuuable icon then then delete it... Moreover before running any flsh drives and CDs I first scan it with my Antivirus Prgram and then open it. You can use AVAST ANTIVIRUS 4.8 HOME EDITION which is free and is quite effective.

you are correct about that.i also check everything first with my linux OS first before i use them on windows.thanks for your response,hope to hear more from you in the future.

i have had to reformat my computer so many times because of viruses, i have loss count.

thanks you might want to use a better anti virus program...i use f-sucure anti virus server edition works pretty well with viruses...
