yes, i agree, by starting below experience itself will prepare us for the harder tasks and responsibilities as we go up...

Yes my friend I will work in such type of situation where my qualification is high and my job is too low, and I show my ability to my superiors that I can do any type of work with in no time, because as I am having more knowledge than the work which allotted to me is very very easy. By seeing my work performance, definitely one day OR other day the management will take me in a suitable position as per my qualification.
We should show patience in the job because the situation is like that it is reversed. "PATIENCE AND FORGIVENESS IS MUCH IMPORTANT IN OUR ENTIRE LIFE".

Well, i am already working in a job that i am overqualified and the rate is quite low... not too low but still low... but then there are a lot of plus factor with my current job... like having flexible time... and unlimited internet use... and no boss around... so these two factors compensate the low pay...
