Do you think the world will meet it's demise in 2012?

I know to most it sounds completely ridiculous, but it seems this year is getting as much hype, if not MORE than the whole Y2k "apocalypse". Apparently, the Mayan calander mysteriously ends December 21, 2012. But does that mean the end of times? Some say the phantom "Planet X", a giant planet who makes its way through our solar system over 3,600 years is going to return and reak havoc on our planet, causing the magnetic poles to shift and our climate to go completely out of whack causing mass destruction. Most say the planet doesn't exist at all. Some say we will destroy ourselves through nuclear war, or the Christan apocalypse will initiate itself in 2012. Do you think we actually have somethng to fear, or all these fears entirely irrational?
