You will always be regular to office.You will enjoy whatever you do. Don't get your health spoiled due to negative environment at work.Willing to talk more work.

well at least from the moment of start you have to feel the environment if it is nice and good to you. then feel the vibe to the other co worker in the environment and that makeit perfect together with the boss of course

You see no boss will come to a conclusion that his/her subordinates are right, even your boss is appreciated you in some work done by you and in some other work if you have done any mistake definitely boss call you and show angry on you. "Instead of thinking whether the boss is appreciated or hated you, do your work promptly and perfectly" then automatically your boss appreciate you.
