Bux.to gave me referrals.!! Waiting for payments

I bought 15 referrals on Saturday and they were added today morning (Thursday). I am happy that my referrals are working on it. I had requested payout on the 19th of Jan and still waiting. I am ready to buy the premium membership now but I have a problem. I don't have a credit card, my paypal balance is only $1 and alertpay balance is nil. I am not being able to pay bux for the premium membership. Adding funds to my paypal balance is too long a job to do. Kindly suggest what to do?

Please do let me know if and when you get paid. I am a free member of bux.to and I have about 7 active referrals but I am new. I have 2$ in my account now but I read in many forums that people complain that bux.to does not pay. Now this is really disappointing news. I just hope that they pay you my friend, since you have spent money on buying referrals.
I will never buy referrals before I am confirmed that they pay. I think I will try 10$ without any buying, then see if they pay and only then decide to buy referrals.
