I whant to learn web design( about everything)where do i need to start, what i need to learn first time so as to be able to understand.Pleas help my!and thanks a lot for those who answer me.

Thank you it is a good start, but i whant more.I whant to have the possibility to change everything i whant,i will be glad if i be able to do this.
