Yet another stupid criminal story for you!
A Waterloo man has been charged with burglary after allegedly breaking into a truck and getting locked inside. Cash Burch, 24, was arrested Wednesday after the owner of a Ford Explorer found him inside his vehicle and called police.
The owner, Mark Laures, said Burch could not get out because the Explorer has an anti-theft device that activates when the battery loses power. Laures said Burch wore down the battery trying to start the Explorer and became locked inside.
What a bummer! What would you do if you find that there is a person inside your locked vehicle?
