Should abortion be made legal??
Should a woman have a right to choose whether to keep the baby or not??
If a baby was conceived while it wasnt planned for is it justified to carry on with it fopr teh rest of your life??

Yes, you are right 'abortion' should be made legal, albeit with certain conditions. It cannot be made legal without imposing conditions, so as not to 'abuse' its meaning or purpose. It should be left to the preganent mother to decide, whether she wish to abort her pregnancy or not. I think, if a married couple goes for an abortion, it is considered quite legal. However, if it is an unwed mother (girl), then legal angle comes into picture.
I may add here - now a days medical science has advanced very much, there are medicines available across the counter which terminate any possibility of conceiving, within 72 hours of unwanted s*x. @wittyakanksha (436)

I think you made a very valid point there.I feel that married couple and also the couples who haven't entered the wedlock or girls who are in their teens,basically everybody must have a choice to terminate the pregnancy if it hasn't been planned.We are already facing population crisis and along with it a lot of other problems too,It should be a one's choice to decide what they want to do with it rather than having it imposed on them.What about those girls then who are raped and they conceive??

I quite agree with your candid views that everyone should have a choice to terminate her pregnancy.
I also appreciate your thought that it will definitely help in controlling poplulation.
Yes, in the case of mishap like rape etc., there should be liberty to terminate the unwanted pregnancy.
I feel, you are very bold, dynamic and broad-minded in your approach and I sincerily appreciate your thoughts and approach.

Abortion is not legal here in our country. In my own personal opinion, I don't want to have an abortion, I believe I will not be able to do it especially if it is my fault why I am having a baby. Though there are reasons why women abort their child but most reason here is if they are a victim of rape or if they are too young to be married. But still, I would say that it would depend on the women who would be carrying their child, it will still be their decision.

I will say that I am of the opinion that women should be allowed to choose in cases of unwed single mother uncaring father..and the cases of rape. If a woman is married i think the husband should get some input.
I myself would never beable to do it. I'd feel much too guilty.
