Marriage is an institution. It is a social obligation. We live in a civilised society and it is norms of a society that one should get married, once he/she attains a proper age. We get married to satisfy our carnal desires, for raising family and for getting a good companionship for our life. The difference between bachelorhood and married life can only be understood, when you enter into a wedlock.

In nutshell all the ingredients are necessary love, money and security. It is difficult to signle out...why does one get married......e.g. it cannot be said that a girl wish to marry for money only. No doubt when a girls marries she gets social security.
One cannot marry only for the sake of 'love', ignoring other practical things.

Definitely the point you have made here is valid and a very deep one too.But what can be the reason to getting married?Should it be only love or should it be practical reasons like money and security??

But doesnt love flow out of teh window when you have real issues to deal with!!!
what if you're in love with your partner but he mistreats you???
reason has to be love but does it have to beteh only reason???

i get you.. of course if you love someone and you plan to get married you should consider if you are physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially ready...
