I lost my best friend!

I lost my best friend! My 14 year old border collie! She has been sick since this past summer but in between she has had her good days. I thought about taking her to the vet more than once this past month but money was always the factor until the end when I had the money then I could not take her because of the stress it would cause her. She hated Car rides you would have to force her into the car then she would get sick alover the Back seat. So we kept her home and she died in her sleep!
