I don't know about you, but i am "over" television. Ever since reality tv came out i have pretty much gone off watching much television. The human brain craves new things and television has gone past it's used by date, now i'm ready to move on. 90% of the shows on tv are "crapola", nothing really "great" has come out since the Simpsons.

Reality television has cheapened and given legitimate tv a bad name. Not that every reality show is a bad one, but most are. I do think that there is still some great stuff to watch though. "Lost", "House", "Mad Men", "John Adams" (mini-series), "Battlestar Galactica" "The Wire" (just ended after five seasons), "The Office", "Boston Legal". With all these great shows, and so many classics ("All In The Family", "Picket Fences", "Seinfeld", "Hill Street Blues") it always bothers me whenever someone says that tv is "beneath them" or "it could never be art" like movies or music.

I am very over television. I am sick of seeing nothing but boobs and naked women! I am sick of the vulgar language in cartoons and the sexually explicit material also. I really do not like the Simpsons either or Family Guy. They are not really a family cartoon. They are more for adults than for young children. The only things I watch on tv these days is, mamas family, and the judge shows and some of the game shows. Even the Price is Right went to crap after Bob Barker left.
