What would you do if your friend betrayed you?

Well, it really depends on on what account is she or he is betraying me for. Case to case basis I think. If I would be betrayed by my friend over something which I entrust him/her, then that would truly hurt. I probably would take some time off not talking to him/her, letting the emotions die down, and confront. But I don't see any reason why I would'nt forgive my friend, so long as he/she is repentant.

This is just my opinion. If a friend betrayed me (or if I thought they were a friend), they would no longer be a friend, or considered as one. I take friendship seriously. If once betrayed I couldn't trust them anymore. With no trust their is no friendship.

I've had this happened before and needless to say, we're no longer friends. Every time it came up, she would lie. I had always known she wasn't telling the truth and even years later, other friends would come to me and confirm that she had been lying. I'm sure if I talked to her now, she would still deny everything and say everyone else is lying.

they said that best friend is our best enemy.so that's a lesson for you so never trust anyone.

in this case the way I'll deal with the situation would largerly depend on the way my friend has betrayed me.Has she been back biting me,or trying to steal my guy,or bad mouthing me,trying to harm me or was there a reason behind it!! In case she/he does betray me I will be deeply hurt and will have no qualms about letting them know about how i feel with the behaviour they chose to come out with and then will try too look into the matter as to what was the reason they did it and might as well discuss it out with them too about the same. But I believe once a traitor always a traitor!!So it will be difficult to patch things back because it will sure be hard to bridge the gap in the rift which has been created!!!
