Do you think shoes make the out fit? I think the wrong pair of shoes can ruin your whole look. I take alot of time before leaving my home and this is partly because if my shoes are not mmatching my oufit I have to start all over. Does anyone else go through this?

I adore the look of different colored shoes with an outfit! It's very stylish here to wear say red shoes with a black dress (or my personal favorite, leopard print heels with bluejeans & a white T).

Yes I do think that shoes make an outfit. I have a bit of a shoe problem, cannot walk past a shoe shop which has a sale on.
Sometimes I plan my outfit by starting with the shoes and work from there. Often it is important to be comfortable, i.e. if I will be on my feet all day, so it is good to pick shoes which will be both comfortable and stylish.
At other times I say "to hell with comfort, I love these shoes and I will wear them even if they cripple me!"
We have all been there haven't we.

Yes for me shoes make a lot of impact. I have a number of shoes which go with specific dresses and i see that i have matching shoes when i decide what to wear. This is quite in contast to the men who have a tendency to stick to black and brown when they are in formals.

the wrong pair of shoes can ruin your whole look, but this applies to me sometimes only, not all the time. sometimes i make my bag and my shoes coordinated so that the shoes will not ruin the outfit. or sometimes my nail color is the same as my shoes

I do think that the shoes make the outfit. I won't go and change my outfit just because of the shoes though. I go alot with the shoes. I do love that I have tons of black shoes as they pretty much go with everything. But that is not all what I look for in shoes. It also depends on what I will be doing and how long. Some shoes are more comfortable than other ones that I have. I have tons of choices as I have tons and tons of shoes.

I do believe that shoes make or break an outfit, but personally I prefer my shoes to be a different color and not match my outfit. I know that there are times when I judge people by their shoes, for example, I would not hire a realtor or financial manager who wear cheap shoes - my thinking is that if they were successful at what they do, they would be able to afford better shoes. And if I'm going to hire someone to sell my house or manage my money (or any of the hundred little thinks like that), I want to have the most successful working for me.
