God may have created it. But it's far from beautiful. Maybe if I were 45 pounds lighter; that might be a start. But what I do know is that there is a generally OK bloke in there. A bit pompous at times, but a faithful husband, father and friend with a terrible sense of humour. If it's the mirror, he probably needs a shave too.

Well you shouldn't eat so many pancakes then should you!!! LOL and at least God has a sense of humour and doctors have scapels! LOL I believe too that there is a genuinely good bloke in there having shared many discussions. I disagree with the humour bit though I think you have an excellent one, don't know about the designer stuble though. Ellie :D

Thank you for reminding me about the pancakes just as I start to resolve my body issues! No, I am not a designer stubble boy. My 24 hour growth looks like a sheet of wet and dry and feels worse. But I like your lovely comments about me. Makes me blush.

I see a person who I really do not even know. I see a person who has aged from working so hard all of my life. I see a person who's looks have changed from undergoing alot of stress in my life. I see a person who is lonesome inside and very hurt from alot of things I have had to go through. I also see a person that I know is a good person, but has just been dealt a bad hand of cards to play with for a very long time.

Thyanks alot Ellie. I really appreciate that. you are right in alot of ways. I know I should be seeing who I truly am and not what life has made me see now. I will try to look at myself in a whole new way. I know that I really need to start doiung that before it gets the best of me.

Well Steph reshuffle the pack and change the hand. You are a wonderfully caring person who I know from previous conversations has been hurt by so called 'friends' in the past, so go back and look in that mirror with a different perspective and see who you would like to see not what you are seeing now from past hurt, let it go. No need to thank I probably see you here as you more than you see it in yourself right now, you know you are special, you know you have strength, you just need to really believe that. Come on you are such a warm, loving successful lady, most of us wouldn't even contemplate working from home to provide an income, you do. Remember your strengths, not your weaknesses, remember the good not the bad and pray for extra strength when needed and learn to trust again because reading through the lines in many discussions that is what I feel you need back. Trust. Shout at me if I am wrong, but I care and thats what I feel has been betrayed and needs dealing with. Whoooah sorry, just what I'm picking up. God bless. Ellie :D

When I look in the mirror I see a short and voluptous girl with a big head. WIth green eyes that don't even work to get a guy. Um...I also see a great dancer, actress and singer. ^_^

I use to look at myself with a very critical eye...I know many of us do that. And my conclusion is, usually, that the image does not matter...only the soul and the true virtues (joking again)

I can see first my eyes and nose and entire face and i check it once whether i get any pimples and then i go to another place.
