Poor thing was freaked out!

Earlier today my 14 month old daughter was in the bathroom using the potty. I ran out of the room for maybe 15 seconds. I come back in the bathroom and she is squatting on the floor freaking out. She had pooped and it was stuck to her butt. She was freaking out because it didn't come off. Poor thing. I calmed her down and she got back on the potty and finished.

Aww poor thing! But how amazing! 14 months??? I need to go have a serious conversation wth my 18 month old!

It was her idea. When she was 9 months old she spend about a week wanting to use the potty, but she quickly lost interest. I don't blame he, she was 9 months old. She recently decided that she wanted to try again and has been doing great.

Learning the routine can be scary. And when it doesn't go the way it's "supposed" to it can be frightening. Being sticky with a diaper on must be a totally different sensation than when it is off. Poor baby. Just rest assured she won't remember it.

She is doing great though for her age. I hope she keeps it up. I don't think she will remember it either.
