It is normal to shed some hair each day as the resting hair falls out and the new hair starts to grow at its place.Though this condition can be aggravated due to lot other rEASONS.Hormonal problems can cause hair loss.Women who have just delivered a baby notice hair loss.Certain medicines can cause hair loss.Certain infections can cause hair loss too!!
Also if you do nat take proper care of your hair it can lead to hair loss too.Wearing pigtails and cornraws or using tight hair rollers cause a type of hair loss where the scalp is scarred and if the scarring is done it can cause to permanent hair loss too.

Your head will always produce more hair, unless you have a medical problem. Hair can come out a lot due to lots of reasons, poor diet, stress and worry and sometimes if you have just had a baby or are pregnant that can cause you to shed hair. I lost that much I was terrified that I was going to go bald. I lost a lot of hair after the birth of my daughter and then again when I was going through a lot of stress. Sometimes if you have had something done to your hair like a colour being put on it, that can make it come out too. I would only worry if it starts coming out in real chunks and handfuls, if that happens then it would be best to see someone about it.
