Cellphone user's

I dont get frustrated if i cannot use the features on the cell phone,because i don't need it. when i need it and i dont know to operate it then it gets really frustrating.but when i buy a new cellphone i check out the features i need and new features and enjoy it.

If you are having issues with how to work your phone read the manuel. That is why they put them in the box for. If the sales rep at wherever you bought your phone can't sit there and show you how to use the entire phone it is not their problem. They show you the basics and that's all they should have to show you. The rest is up to the person who bought the phone. If the sales rep had to show everyone how to use all the features on every phone to every person that comes in the store you know how much time they are wasting? A long time. If you buy a phone that is complexed you should of bought a simpilar phone for your needs. But come on people there is a manuel in the box telling you how to use the features and to get the max value and functions out of the phone you just purchased. I think its more people are too lazy to read to the manuel and have to blow a stink about it and complain the sales rep didn't show me how to do that.

oh my that a very big problem of my hubby. he bought a new phone and he cannot figure it out how to use it. I taught him but when he gets to his work he lost his mind he cannot remember it again.
