When I use to live in Wyoming the grocery stores sold these great Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies! I haven't been able to find them here in Oklahoma and the only recipes I've been able to come up with on the web are for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread. So, if anyone has a recipe for them or knows where I can get them, please let me know.

I do, I do!
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup quick cooking oats 1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup cooked or canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir into creamed mixture alternatively with pumpkin. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350* for 12-13 minutes or until lightly browned.
One can of pumpkin is about two cups, so I usually double the recipe. I also use regular oats (not the quick ones) and I think they turn out ok.
I've experimented some with substituting apple sauce for some of the butter/fat and they're just as good, so that makes them even healthier.
These are a very moist cookie, not like regular chocolate chip at all. They don't really firm up. But boy, are they good!

I don't know if they're anything like what you had before, but these work for me.
Again, very moist but the flavor is really good.
(Now if I could make them and not eat them all the first day, I'd be ok).
