traffic exchanges

Ok, I know everyone who is trying their best to make some extra money on the internet is doing Traffic exchanges, or at least I would think that you would be doing them. I spend a big part of my day doing the traffic exchanges. I don't know how many of you have heard of a traffic exchange coop. In this program your link gets advertised on about 50 different exchanges, and on top of that, you have the chance to make some money too on this site. How many of you do use Traffic exchanges and do you get any results from using them. If you want to hear about this traffic coop just let me know.

I use some traffic exchanges, but I don't get much in the way of results from them. I prefer stuff like Instant Buzz which is totally passive, you only need to visit the site if it interests you. Or Blog Rush widget for blogs.

Thanks for responding, I haven't tried that Instant Buzz. Maybe I should look into it.
