Even though I appreciate your passion, I feel that your energy would be better served if you could direct it in another direction. If you truly want the illegals to go home, why don't we contact our senators and representatives and put pressure on them to pass a law that anyone who hires illegals that do not have a social security number that matches with the name will not be allowed to claim wages on their taxes. Now, some of these large companies that only hire illegals would be paying a ton in taxes on all of those wages that they could not write off! Don't you think that if employers figured out how much they would have to pay in taxes they would be a lot more careful to make sure that the SS#'s matched up? And then if the illegals didn't have jobs, what would keep them here, don't you suppose they would self deport? The thing is that it is already against the law to use someone else's SS#, that is called fraud but we don't have a law that forces the employers to make sure that the SS# match.
