Do you ever break down in tears thinking about life?

I have those moments. Sometimes I'll just think about past memories with friends and family and get emotional about it, even though I don't understand why. One of my younger uncle's weddings was this last Saturday, and it reminded me how quickly we're aging. Do you ever have these emotional moments in life?

Hi there Stegeo3! I have those moments too. When I look back and see how fast time passes. How I'm too far away from my loved ones. How I misses my cousin too much and how life is cut short for him.

yes, i think so... i am a very emotional person. i tend to think too much about the things that have happened to my life and i get emotional and would often cry about these things.

Yes, I do it quite often. I think it's our way of getting rid of pent up emotions. I'm quite sensitive and emotional anyway, and can just be sitting here thinking, and the tears start to roll down my face. I don't know why I'm crying but five minutes, and it's all over. I feel better again. Brightest Blessings.

I won't break down into tears, but there are times where I sort of lose hope in life. I get a bit depressed and gloomy, wondering why I should bother living on my life. However, I usually get over it pretty quick.

I do every now and then. I am a married mother of three, but my husband has been gone almost a year overseas and sometimes life just seems to be so overwhelming with him gone. It gets to me every now and then, but i sit and have a good cry and then i'm ready to go on. It does you good sometimes just to have a good cry and helps out so much. After that, i'm good the rest of the day until my next round of emotions. LOL! God bless

Sure! I do! I think everyone gets emotional about things once in a while and let the tears fall ;) I think it's cathardic and a natural thing to do ;) Now, if you're doing that and breaking down all the time, then that's one thing, but otherwise, releasing those emotions and letting them out are very theraputic! :)
