Ok i already mentioned how i hurt my back but since this city I have my store, in voted not to have a parking garage for customers, all we have is diagonal parking. So this means in this college town of at least 30,000 students plus the ones that live here (me too) we have about 60 spots. Well this person parks in front of my store looking over her back to a tattoo shop across the street and gets out while her car comes toward me and the store. I waddle out there and see my flagpole crushed and the Beatle flag under her car. She looks at me and says nothing..so i said what are you going to do about my flagpole?..she says what do you want me to do? My car brakes just gave out..so i said then move your truck or i'll sue you for everything you got, cause if the brakes are bad you better get away from my store. Well no Sorry mentioned and no money to compensate and this was a women about 40 so she should have at least felt bad..her last words to me were "let me take care of across the street and i'll get back to you..and oh yea..it was just an accident" so she got in her truck and vanished.. Now tomorrow I'm going hunting for rabbits lol

There are so many illed manner people around us,if they are illegal,we can sue them and make them take the consequence,it is easy thing for us to do it.But sometimes, they are not illegal, they only have the bad ethices, for example, step on your feet and say nothing, just like nothing happened, and crowd the bus instead of queue, etc, like such these things, we should censure them and let them say sorry, because the good social system depend on all of us maintaince. But sometimes,we don't want to say nothing to the illed manner people, only snooty them in our heart.:(

ppl who don't say they are sorry, will regret in in the future. my friend, there's billions of ppl out there with cruel hearts. but, should we put the bad energies to them? No,just let them be,and than the Karma will come back to them.Do unto others as Ye would want them to do unto you.

Hi Bussy..My thoughts exactly! It will come back to her big time and then she will wonder why??? Saying she didn't deserve to have anything bad happen to her.

I wouldn't have told her to move it, I would have told her she had to pay for it. If she disagreed it would've been a short call for me to make for the local non-emergency police line. A tag number would suffice. If she's knocking down your pole, the next time she could be mowing down a small child. She should have known better. I'm sorry she didn't. Poor you and your back, and your broken flagpole. :(

Thanks ChesireKat! yes part of me should have turned her in and made her pay no matter what, but like you said i was worried about getting her off the sidewalk where kids and their parents would walk soon. Tomorrow i hope she stays away from the area lol

Hunting for rabbits, lol, that is cute. Always gotta keep that sense of humor. You are right, she should have at least apologized. She should have at least come in your shop and told you what happened rather than you having to go out and confront her. Seems to me that is part of what insurance is for, hers, not your business. People don't take responsibility for anything. You were nicer than Barry, he would have had a lot more to say, to put it politely. Good luck hunting sweetie.

Yes..I was trying to be Elmer Fudd lol..I know i have to look at things differently or I'd be a stressed out Mama and these idiots sure can do it. I told my daughter that since I was raised better i would have been all over her with apologizing and wondering what i could do to make things right..seems it never even occured to this bunch what is right and wrong but to laugh it off as..It was just an accident..Hope karma doesn't come back and bite her or Shad will lol.
