why some uglily woman are like to quarrel to someone!

i really don't understanding why the uglily woman (one of my neighbor) inorder for some small thing and to quarrel ,i think she is selffish she didn't think other person ,only sheself! i quite understand she didn't know how to respect person! how have ever meet this kind of person ? hope you not !
