I and my colleague are in the same position in company. we are doing the same job and we both doing very well, even I am better than him somehow. but the other day, I found that we do not get the same paid. his wages is much higher than me. wow, that's totally unfair. how could the boss do that to me? didn't he think I should not deserve as much salary as my colleague? I am even doing better than him! if you were me, what are you going to do? talk to the boss or not? and how to talk to him? I kept thinking about this these days.
