Traffic Exchange sites?

Does anyone use Traffic Exchange sites? I'm talking about the sites that allow you to surf for credits you exchange for your site to be surfed. I've joined only one site so far and it's given me hits so far, but I'm sceptical on other sites. I can't afford to waste anymore of my time. So I'm wondering if this is worth it. Is there sites that are better than others? Feel free to pm me with links, but please DO NOT put referral links in your response as I'm trying to get help here not be deleted! I've run into so many of these sites and I'm not sure which ones are the best to join. Your input is greatly appreciated.

I have a little of experience how to use traffic exchanges to generate traffic to your site. By using only one traffic exchange is not good enough because the same people who surf on that particular Traffic exchange will see the same thing.
Using a traffic exchange if your purpose only to generate hit count on your site will be big waste of time. No point to see all the hit keep coming up but there is no action done to anything that you offer on your site.
So the idea of using traffic exchange is find fresh traffic or interest group of people who are interested in what you are offering.
Traffic exchange also is not effective for to sell a products because primarily people who surf in that site simply do not interested in any purchasing but rather they look for referrals to their programs or for themselves. So if you are selling something out of 100,000 traffic you still might get no sale at all.

yes i am running traffic exchange program. u may go trafficcenter.com and use it. i am using it and get 150 visitors per day. its really useful
