I just love suppandi in Tinkle n anybody knows who created this character?

i have no idea but whom so ever has created it has done a treendous work. probably its the most funniest and popular cartoon characcter in indian context. abt Phantom , he seems to be a real life hero without any superficial weapons like the other heros.
