Internet dating, is it working for you?

I've applied to a few dating sites, and I have realized that there are alot of the same people on there and its getting old. Success stories? Failure stories? Let me know!

I met my wife through an online dating site. So, yes, you can have success.
Two suggestions:
1. Go to the sites that you have to pay for. You're more likely to meet someone who is serious versus someone who signed up their friend as a joke.
2. Broaden your search area. My wife lived 90 minutes from me. If I wouldn't have been willing to drive, I would never have met anyone.

Thanks for your reply. Thats good that you met your wife on the net. I have heard a lot of success stories from other friends. I had a lot of bad luck.
