I am a bloke and I've worried for 36 years of my life that I look fat! So that is a fallacy. Men are very conscious of their weight and looks too, men can be very vain and sometimes more so than women! You just don't hear it so much because men aren't emotional and won't come out and say I'm fat when they are thinking it like women do! I go to the gym 4 times a week to keep my weight down I am so frightened of putting on weight and I hate looking big, so I am very conscious. So yes men DO WORRY they look fat.

cause since they were young, they didn't teach to concern in their performance, i mean here they are not too concern as like women in appearance. its already from their basic, dear. i don't know if there is any good answer from the men side

I'm not a guy, but I do know guys who are concerned about their weight. Maybe it's because I'm always at the gym where you are more likely to find guys that are that way. But, I think you're right, men tend to not worry about looking fat. I wonder if it's because women tend to pick men as mates for other reasons than their looks while men are more likely to use looks at basis for choosing a woman.

Dont let guys fool you. They do worry about what they look like. THe only difference is that they do not ask how they look. Believe me your man is looking at himself in the mirror every single day before going to work, and he is wondering if he looks ok. We all have our insecurities weither you are a man or a woman.
